This policy explains what personal information Autotech DXB collects when you contact us or book a service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact details you share when you message us on WhatsApp, call, email, or send an enquiry: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Vehicle and service details you provide so we can help: model, year, mileage, registration or VIN, service history, and a description of the work you need.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running. This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- Respond to your enquiry and answer questions about your Alfa Romeo.
- Prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and carry out the service you request.
- Keep a record of work performed on your vehicle.
- Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in the UAE.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service you asked for, or when the law requires it:
- Parts suppliers, where ordering a specific component for your vehicle requires it.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under Meta's own privacy terms.
- Government authorities or advisers, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as needed to provide our services, support warranty and follow-up work, and satisfy legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Some of the service providers we rely on, such as our website host and messaging platforms, may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we expect those providers to protect your information to a comparable standard.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email sanjaya@autotechdxb.com and we will respond. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
